This comment refers to your size and is downright insensitive. Don’t let anyone get away with it. Respond with a silent, stunned look. You’ll send the message that you’ve been offended.

My son had just experienced to be bullied and went home crying. I was wondering and asked him what happened, he told me that his playmates were teasing him because he is so fat...... They even called him mr. piggy oink... oink.... Bullies have a negative effect and my son doesn't want to go outside and played with them anymore. That is why me and my husband decided to enroll him in a Taekwando to boost his self esteem and self confidence. You blog is great....thanks.

Raising your kids with full armor is the good self defense they will be possessing as they aged. Letting them explore and exposed on the environment they live in is the best way to test your kids self defense skills. I agree with what alaiamax has said it can really help your boost child's personality. Thanks

engaging a child to a self defense class can help uplift the self esteem and at the same time your child is armed and protected by their knowledge. And if the circumstances occurs your child will not be left vulnerable. Great blog Thanks!
